Data Room Intelligence provides a private intake, review, and networking environment for capital allocators, capital seekers, and selected service providers. You agree to use the platform only for lawful business purposes and to submit information you are authorized to provide.
DRI does not provide investment, legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. Information on the platform is for informational, qualification, and networking purposes only. Listings, profiles, or introductions are not securities offerings, recommendations, or endorsements.
Users are responsible for the accuracy of submitted information, their own diligence, and their own professional advisors. You should not rely solely on DRI, a profile, or an introduction when making business, funding, or investment decisions.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. DRI may restrict or remove access if an account is misused, unauthorized, incomplete, or inconsistent with platform standards.
You retain responsibility for materials and information you submit. By submitting information, you allow DRI to review, process, organize, and use that information to operate the platform, support qualification workflows, and communicate with relevant parties.
DRI may update platform features, workflows, eligibility standards, and these terms as the service evolves. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised terms.
